The founding partners, Francine Messier and Rene Stock, have a strong accounting background, and therefore understand the need  and the requirements for such a product.  The market hosts a wide variety of document folders but not one with the guides and information systems that TaxTimer boasts!

Francine has been a small business and tax preparation accountant for the past 25 years.  She opened her own accounting office in 1988 and has extensive experience in taxation, audit and appeal processes.

Rene Stock is an economist by education, and a database programmer/administrator in practice.  He has developed a number of complete applications including payroll systems,  industrial accounts payable, communications and membership management systems.

Francine and Rene are committed to providing a simple but informed method of record keeping to allow your valuable time to be spent where it should be; on business!
